TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE LITERARY ORDER SHOP

1. Order Production & Fulfilment

To ensure your favourites reach you as quickly as possible, our items are printed to order. Because your order enters our production queue almost immediately, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications once a purchase is confirmed. If you’ve made a mistake, please reach out to us within 30 minutes of ordering, and we will do our very best to catch it before it hits the press!!

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship locally using Qikink’s network. Once the product ships, the customer will receive a tracking number and a confirmation email.  And globally, Printful fulfils the orders. The Literary Order is not responsible for delays caused by local courier services or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

QIKINK’S POLICY

For replacements or refunds due to a misprint, damage, or delivery of a defective piece, please send us unboxing videos and photos of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging. All claims for replacements must be submitted within 7 days of delivery; after that, the customer will be responsible for returning the product.

(Note: Better check the items immediately and do the needful asap, if a return/refund situation arises. You will receive quality products, rest assured.)

The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Process: Please email us at connect@theliteraryorder.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requirements: You must include your order number and clear unboxing videos and photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

If the courier company cannot deliver the product for any reason, the product will be sent to Qikink’s default address.

PRINTFUL’S POLICY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If customers notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by emailing connect@theliteraryorder.com as soon as possible.

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. Unclaimed shipments get donated to charity after 30 days.

 

Please note that these orders are printed on demand; therefore, refusing them upon delivery will incur extra charges. Place the orders only when you are fully convinced you will buy and receive them. 

 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Note: (Better check the items immediately upon arrival and do the needful asap, in case of a return/refund situation. Rest assured, you will receive quality products at your doorstep.)
