1. Order Production & Fulfilment

To ensure your favourites reach you as quickly as possible, our items are printed to order. Because your order enters our production queue almost immediately, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications once a purchase is confirmed. If you’ve made a mistake, please reach out to us within 30 minutes of ordering, and we will do our very best to catch it before it hits the press!!

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are directly shipped by the Lulu store globally. The Literary Order is not responsible for delays caused by local courier services or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Because each journal is custom-printed and bound exclusively for you when you order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We highly encourage you to review your selection carefully before finalising your order! If your journal arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please reach out to us right away with a photo—we’ll make it right immediately.
